Keith Green The Ministry Years Vol.1 [Paperback] Review

When I was in my late teens to mid 20's and beyond, even to today, Keith Green's music has always spoken to my heart. Here I am today, 50 years old, and our 15 year old son has discovered Keith Green music, and loves it.It seems Keith's message and his music are timeless! Our son is taking piano lessons, and he really loves the song by Keith Green, "The Prodigal Son Suite", and he wanted the music to it in the worst way.I looked a lot of places for it, and when I came across this music book, which actually has the notes to the music, and not just the chords, I was elated. It made for a wonderful "stocking stuffer" for our son this past Christmas. He has begun to work on learning to play it, and is eager to be able to play the whole song, both here, and one day in heaven!

Keith Green The Ministry Years 1980-1982 Vol 2 songbook [Paperback] Review

The music is accurate as far as I can tell. There are probably a few instances of faulty transcription, but that's to be expected.A very worthwhile buy for the competent piano player who is a fan of Keith Green's music and message.
